Audition Forms: When auditions are open, we may link to Google Forms for application. These forms are hosted by Google and subject to Google’s own privacy policy. Data collected through these forms is used only for the purpose of casting and production planning. It is not shared or used for marketing purposes.
Photographic Data: We publish the following publicly on our website: Cast headshots and names (for each production), Rehearsal and performance photography, Video Trailers. We collect this content with prior verbal or written consent, and in the case of minors, from a parent or guardian.
3. Cookies and Tracking
We use minimal cookies and basic anonymous tracking to understand how users engage with our site. This may include: IP address, Browser type, Pages visited. This data is used solely to improve the website and is not used to identify individuals.
Cookie Management: Users can manage or disable cookies via their browser settings. Our site does not use any advertising or marketing cookies.
